• Rotate through full-scale pastry production: from ice creams to lobby holiday showpieces
• Learn the entire pastry ecosystem—not just plating, but buffet, amenities, and banquet artistry

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years experience in fine dining, luxury hotel/resort, or high-volume pastry production
• Basic pastry/baking skills and a passion for continuous learning
• Strong communication skills and a calm, collaborative presence
