Title: Accountant
Location: Hybrid – Baltimore, MD
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Requirements: Big-4 or Public Accounting experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements and reports
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Develop and implement financial strategies and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in Big-4 or public accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.) are preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
