What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and perform aircraft, engine, and avionics maintenance to ensure top-tier safety and reliability.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance personnel, providing training and guidance to support their growth.
• Develop and enforce maintenance policies, safety rules, and operational procedures.
• Maintain FAA-compliant records and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ground support equipment.
• Work closely with flight operations to coordinate maintenance activities efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Minimum Equipment List (MEL) procedures and all aviation safety standards.
• Maintain aviation hangar and office facilities to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as an aircraft mechanic.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification with Inspection Authorization (IA) (Required).
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, technical data, and maintenance requirements.
• Experience maintaining a wide range of aircraft categories and classes.
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
