Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications with a specialization in Service Cloud functionalities.
• Implement case management, omni-channel routing, and knowledge base features to improve service operations.
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Configure workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules to automate business processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Customize Service Console and implement macros, quick actions, and productivity tools for service agents.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security standards, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and participate in quality assurance to maintain high code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce solutions for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate in Agile teams with business stakeholders, administrators, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
