14119 - Salesforce Business Analyst (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required :
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in
Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in business analysis with significant Salesforce platform exposure (5+ years);
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation;
• Experience with Agile story writing, backlog refinement, and sprint planning processes;
• Experience with Salesforce architecture, workflows, and reporting capabilities;
• Experience in data management, ETL processes, and environment management;
• Experience in UAT coordination and production support;
• Experience in partnering with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements;
• Experience translating business processes into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Preferred: • Experience with land and resource management or utility industry processes;
• Experience with MuleSoft for integrations between Salesforce and other systems;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies with certified Scrum Master or Product Owner credentials;
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).
Responsibilities: • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements;
• Write comprehensive user stories with clear acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs);
• Lead backlog refinement sessions to prioritize and prepare stories for sprint planning;
• Coordinate with testing teams across multiple environments (Development, QA, UAT, Production);
• Lead user acceptance testing activities and facilitate business sign-off for production deployments;
• Design and build reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs;
• Support platform enhancements including security improvements and integration projects.
