What You'll Do:

The Plant Manager for our Louisville facility will provide strategic and tactical leadership for the operations of our plant’s employees and manufacturing outcomes. The Plant Manager will also provide interface and support with our Brecksville, OH corporate organizations while providing guidance and collaboration with Corporate Management supporting our TempRite and Vycar Latex functions.

What We're Looking For

• Lead all activities and operations in accordance with established safety and environmental control requirements within this the Responsible Care Management Systems Framework.
• Participate and Lead RCMS-related activities and projects. Advise on ways to improve the system.
• Directly supervise management staff, indirectly supervise personnel through management staff.
• Actively support Departmental efforts to improve the working environment and to ensure the safety and health of all employees. 
• Always demonstrate a high level of commitment to the safety environment and our employees’ well-being.
• Collaborate with our corporate leadership and product organizations including our R & D Teams.
• Evaluate equipment, systems, and services to ensure the facility operates to meet or exceed Corporate and Customer goals and objectives.
• Lead local Administration, Support, and Production Departments including providing resources.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on plant performance, major expenditures, and managing senior staff.
• Solve Problems in collaboration with senior staff and personnel and corporate leadership. 

Skills That Make a Difference:

• B.S. Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program or a Technical Degree with equivalent work experience.
• 12 or more years of experience Chemical Manufacturing and Leadership experience.
• Process Safety Management (PSM) Experience.
• Experience with Quality Control from an Operations perspective.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences in written, spoken and formal presentation formats.
• Understands the linkage between Quality Control, Services and Equipment to Manufacturing Processes, Customer Processes and Applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
