**Overview** We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **Parking Ambassadors** for event-based work. As a Parking Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for guests attending events, ensuring a smooth and welcoming parking experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with the public, and being part of a dynamic team during high-energy events. **Pay: $20 an hour** The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Shift: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members ( (English) ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) ( (Español) **Key Responsibilities:** + Greet and assist guests with parking directions and information. + Monitor parking lots and direct traffic flow to maximize space and safety. + Provide clear and courteous communication to guests and team members. + Assist with setup and breakdown of signage, cones, and barricades. + Report any safety concerns, incidents, or irregularities to supervisors. + Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times. + Ensure compliance with event and parking policies. **Qualifications:** + Must be at least 18 years old. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to stand, walk, and be outdoors for extended periods. + Reliable transportation to and from event locations. + Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. + Previous customer service or event experience is a plus. **Preferred Traits:** + Friendly and outgoing personality. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Ability to remain calm under pressure. + Team-oriented with a positive attitude. **Work Environment:** + Outdoor setting in various weather conditions. + Fast-paced and physically active role. + Interaction with large crowds and diverse groups of people.
