**Packaging & Logistics Engineer - Pharma Manufacturing | Direct Hire | $27-$31/hr** Kelly Engineering is seeking a Packaging & Logistics Engineer for a full-time, **direct hire** role in **Carlsbad, CA** with a leading biopharma manufacturing organization. This is not a contract role-it's a permanent position offering competitive hourly pay, benefits, and room for growth. **Pay Range:** $27-$31/hr (W2 hourly) **Location:** Carlsbad, CA (100% onsite) **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for drug product materials + Manage temperature-sensitive shipments using tracking systems + Ensure timely and compliant documentation for sample and product movements + Work with internal and external partners to support day-to-day logistics + Maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements **Qualifications:** + 3+ years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience + Cold chain experience strongly preferred + Experience in a regulated industry (pharma, biotech, or medical device) + Experience with ERP or logistics software preferred + Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required-relevant industry experience will be considered in lieu of a degree Apply now to join a team making a real difference in healthcare manufacturing.
