He/she will prioritize and balance activities in three primary areas: customer related activities through operations and reporting, contract knowledge, and development/management of supporting internal processes. This includes working with Managed Cloud, AMS, and Consulting management teams to ensure all contracts and projects are setup and invoiced correctly. In this capacity, the Operations Coordinator is also responsible for assisting with billing element creation, all lines of business reporting, and optimization of tools. **Duties and Responsibilities:** **Operations Support** + Facilitate transition to operational activities upon contract signature. This includes Quality checks/verification of contract data entered in ISP/it.admin/ITP (Operations/Delivery). + Manage onboarding/offboarding and billing related issues for all lines of business. + Resolve time entry related issues with consultants and consulting managers. + Ensure adherence to customer complaint and credit process. + Provide accurate customer billing rates to accounting and ensure accurate customer billing to minimizing customer complaints. + Serve as backup for master data functions related to ITP, ISP, and it:admin + Act as centralized governance resource regarding documentation and information stored within various internal tools such as it.admin, SharePoint, ISP, ITP, working with consultants and management to keep the various tools updated and relevant. + Review and Modify contracts for clarity and approved legal language. **Reporting** + Responsible for creating/providing internal reporting to management team on a weekly or monthly basis as assigned. **Position Requirements/Qualifications:** + 3-4 years of operational work experience in a professional setting including quality control, reporting, data processing + Excellent customer service and organizational skills + Ability to work, collaborate, lead, and facilitate meetings and/or group discussions with all members of the organization including Managed Services Senior Management, Consulting Managers, Pre-Sales, Operations, Staffing, and Consultants + Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn SAP, SharePoint, it:admin, Microsoft Office including expertise in SharePoint design and governance + Strong information, research, and requirements gathering skills + Strong attention to detail + Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Preferred:** + Bachelor's degree + Global team experience (co-delivering with resources in more than one country) + DocuSign knowledge ​​​​​​​ Thank you for your interest in NTT DATA Business Solutions!
