Online Sales Specialist Location Newberg, OR :

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role also requires the ability to ship and fully process orders on a daily basis, meet shipping deadlines, as well as audit and list an ever changing variety of inventory.

Duties

• Customer service correspondence with online customers
• Collect order details and pull goods on a daily basis
• Process orders and prepare for shipping
• Package and ship orders efficiently and cost-effectively
• Arrange parcel pickup and delivery
• Manage current e-commerce listings on various platforms
• Monitor price fluctuations within our collectibles listings
• Price listings with profitability, market trends, and turnover rate in mind
• Actively fix errors and issues with our catalog of online goods
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals for adding additional items and inventory to our online catalog
• Maintain and improve upon the storage systems in place
• Seek out, identify, and engage in other opportunities to grow our e-commerce business
• Manage a vast and various inventory of NEW and USED goods

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce sales, fulfillment, and content creation
• Ability to work flexibly, be able to prioritize and shift tasks based on needs that change daily and seasonally
• Ability to work alone, be self-motivated, but also able to work as a team for special projects and shifts
• Have a basic understanding of COLLECTIBLE markets
• Ability to research and determine pricing for collectibles via various tools we have access to

We are a small retail store front who supplements our income and inventory turn-over via online e-commerce channels. In store we buy, sell, and trade fun stuff. Online, we do the same and even more. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
