Job Description

Are you passionate about real estate? Do you enjoy teaching others and helping them succeed in their careers? If so, we want you to join our team as a Real Estate Instructor for our New Hampshire pre-licensure course!

As an instructor, you will teach live, online real estate classes that cover the New Hampshire pre-licensure curriculum. Our remote-first environment allows you the flexibility to work from home or any quiet space with a stable internet connection.

Class schedules are available during weekday evenings and weekends, with each live class lasting 1-3 hours. You'll be part of a supportive, flexible team, and have the opportunity to make a real difference in the careers of aspiring real estate professionals.

Must-Have Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a licensed New Hampshire real estate broker (this is a state requirement)
Active New Hampshire real estate broker license
Reliable access to a cable or fiber internet connection (no DSL) with a minimum of 25mbps down/5mbps up, along with a webcam and microphone
A quiet, professional workspace (e.g., home office or quiet room with a blank wall)
Ability to commit to teaching a minimum of 4 hours of classes per workweek, either on weeknights or weekends
Willingness to attend meetings and school events, assist with curriculum updates, and perform other related duties
Passing a background check

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Prior experience teaching online or in a classroom setting
Current New Hampshire real estate instructor approval, DREI designation, or equivalent
