NTT DATA Services currently seeks a **Mail Room Clerk for a 6+ month contract role onsite** **in** Scottsdale, AZ. Pay rate $18.55 per hour Shift 1: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Shift 2: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm In thie role you will be working in the mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. Duties: Multitask in a high pressure environment Adhere to strict turnaround times Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft programs Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine Work well with others, to keep an enjoyable work place Be open to changes within the workplace Lifting up to 50lb and the ability to be on feet for a full shift.
