Madrid Insurance Services Inc. is seeking a proactive and articulate Live Chat Agent to join our remote support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers via our website’s live chat feature, offering real-time assistance and solutions with clarity, professionalism, and care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely assistance and support.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services.
• Handle claims inquiries and ensure customers are informed throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers.
• Collaborate with the insurance team to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
• Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and areas for improvement.
• Assist in creating a user-friendly experience for customers navigating the insurance processes.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in using chat software and customer service tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products is a plus.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat role, is preferred.
• Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
