Job Description

Right at Home is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides/Caregivers, CNAs, STNAs, MAs, and DSP's!

At Right at Home, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes or other places of residence assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being.

Duties:
- Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, emptying catheters, and more
- Transportation - to and from apts, grocery shopping, community events / etc.
- Medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Personal Care such as bathing, toileting and transfers within 50 lbs
- Assist with medical equipment and devices as needed such as hoyer lifts/ etc..

Requirements:
- A minimum of ONE YEAR patient care experience under nurse supervision
- Ability to pass a background check and 12 panel drug screen (THC is NOT disqualifying!)
- Must have a valid drivers license, transportation and the ability to travel up to 30 minutes for shifts
- Strong caregiving skills with empathy and patience
