Following Buenos Aires and Miami Beach, Faena New York, will find its home at 500 West 18th Street, overlooking the High Line in a building designed by Bjarke Ingels Group. This latest opening will be synonymous with sophistication, glamour, breathtaking artwork, and cultural trendsetting. This opening will mark the resurgence of luxury nightlife experiences in New York with dynamic food and beverage venues and programming that will make Faena the ultimate destination for the sophisticated traveler to New York.
The Faena Guest Experience Curator delivers unique services and amenities carefully tailored to each guest staying at the hotel. With the highest level of sophistication, discretion and anticipation the Faena Butler greets every guest at the doorsteps of a perfectly prepared guest suite. The finest amenities paired with personal attention by a dedicated Faena Butler await every guest throughout their stay. Traditional butler services are matched with the demands of today’s luxury traveler to create memorable experiences throughout.
They are the main point of contact for guests staying in the signature suites. Making guests happy and comfortable. They ensure that the guests are given a good experience during their stay.
This full-time position has an hourly compensation of $36.00 per hour.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
Maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
Resolves guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

All special requests (wake up calls, DND, etc.)
Hours of operation of each outlet
Features and services provided by the hotel
Acts as the final gatekeeper of room preparedness and fulfillment of guest request/preference items collected by the guest experience team
Facilitates garment pressing, shoeshine etc.
Assists with maintenance of each room daily, refreshing water and daily amenity
Assists with departure plans on the day prior to departure; assists guests upon departure
Communicates with all housekeeping team members to ensure all guestrooms and suites are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Coordinates with all housekeeping the timing for occupied guestroom servicing based on guest preference.
Meets arriving guests at the guestroom doorstep upon arrival or within 5 minutes after entering a guest room
Offers detail room orientation, complimentary pressing, and fresh bucket of ice upon arrival of guest.
Coordinates room service with in-room dining and assist in preparing the room for a meal.
Maintains butler pantry and keep inventory of all items.
Coordinated guest requests with Guest Experience Manager and Concierge team.
