About Us: Our client is a billion dollar private equity backed Microsoft Dynamics end user that has grown rapidly over the past year through a series of acquisitions and is heavily investing in their IT infrastructure.

Role: Microsoft Dynamics Trainer Are you a Microsoft Dynamics whiz with a knack for teaching? Do you thrive on the road and love the idea of empowering teams with cutting-edge CRM and Field Service skills? If so, we want you!

What You'll Do:

* Lead the Charge: Conduct engaging training sessions for our sales, service dispatch, and admin teams, both remotely and on-site.
* Create Magic: Develop and maintain top-notch training materials - think user guides, tutorials, and hands-on workshops.
* Be the Go-To Guru: Provide ongoing support post go-live, helping users navigate Dynamics CRM and Field Service like pros.
* Onboard Like a Pro: Ensure new employees hit the ground running with Microsoft Dynamics from day one.
* Collaborate and Innovate: Work with IT teams, project managers, and business leaders to align training with deployment schedules and gather feedback to refine programs.
* Test and Perfect: Assist with functional testing of new features and updates, providing valuable feedback to IT.

What You Bring:

* Proven experience delivering user training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, or similar platforms.
* A flair for creating engaging training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and workshop exercises.
* Excellent communication skills - you can simplify complex system functions into clear, concise instructions.
* Hands-on experience in user support, troubleshooting, and providing hyper-care post go-live.
* A willingness to travel extensively within the United States (~50% of the time).
* A problem-solving mindset with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training engagements independently.
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in training roles involving CRM and Field Service applications, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) or functional system testing is a plus.
