Location: Philadelphia, PA
Test and validate Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and back-end systems for CPE.
Provide technical support for all escalated DOCSIS CPE issues, performing validation using Wireless Clients and Wi-Fi networks.
Act as the first-level escalation point for beta customer issues.
Perform software and network engineering to develop solutions and conduct testing.
Responsible for Beta, customer field triage, and troubleshooting.
Design and test various Internet access devices such as modems, OLTs, eMTAs, routers, gateways, and set-top boxes.
Create and maintain related documentation, including test plans.
Participate in daily scrum and weekly bug review meetings.
Manage certification, configuration, and integration engineering of all DOCSIS CPE.
Identify hardware and software testing requirements.
Participate in weekly bug classification and prioritization.
Establish test network environments as documented in test plans.
