Salary Range: $133,000 - $200,000 + Full Relocation Assistance

Join Our Leadership Team as Division Vice President of Nursing Informatics

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Division Vice President of Nursing Informatics to lead clinical informatics initiatives across our healthcare division. This executive-level role supports nursing and patient care teams by ensuring the safe and effective integration of clinical technology, aligning with enterprise-wide strategic goals. As a collaborative leader, you'll drive innovation in nursing practices, healthcare delivery, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic leader in deploying and optimizing clinical information systems.

  • Collaborate with IT, nursing, and executive teams to align informatics strategies with clinical operations.

  • Oversee workflow design, system integration, and technology optimization to enhance care delivery.

  • Develop implementation strategies and ongoing education programs for clinical technology systems.

  • Analyze data and performance metrics to support evidence-based clinical decisions.

  • Lead clinical transformation efforts using advanced healthcare technologies.

  • Partner with facilities to address specific operational and clinical technology needs.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state electronic health record (EHR) and “meaningful use” standards.

  • Act as the executive sponsor for the Clinical Informatics Council.

Required Qualifications:

  • RN License (Texas)

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, or Business Administration

  • Minimum of 5 years in Acute Care Clinical Informatics Leadership

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives

  • Expert knowledge of MEDITECH , healthcare technology systems, and electronic health records

  • National Nursing Informatics Certification (required within 6 months of hire)

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong project and personnel management abilities

  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, database software)

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration across service lines

  • Servant leadership approach with a deep understanding of clinical workflows
