BMW & MINI of the Main Line are premier automotive dealerships proudly serving Pennsylvania’s Main Line. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy, manage our traditional and digital campaigns, as well as represent two of the most iconic luxury brands in the world. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced marketer to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced, professional environment. What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
• Run and optimize paid digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram)
• Plan, execute, and report on social media content and engagement
• Ensure websites are fully compliant with BMW and MINI brand standards
• Plan and manage in-store and offsite events (e.g. launch events, customer appreciation)
• Oversee direct mail campaigns for service and sales offers
• Manage third-party vendor relationships including:
• Autotrader, Cars.com, Carfax, CarGurus, and other lead providers
• Monitor and analyze traffic and performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Monitor campaign performance and create monthly reports and recommendations
• Collaborate directly with department leaders to support dealership initiatives and drive measurable results

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proficient with Mailchimp, Google Ads, and major social media platforms
• Experience managing marketing vendors and third-party platforms
• Comfortable with CRM tools like VinSolutions or Elead
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
• Event planning experience is a plus
• Basic design ability using Canva or Photoshop
• Automotive or luxury retail experience strongly preferred
