Athlete To Athlete is a fast-growing sports-tech startup connecting NCAA Division athletes with the next generation of youth athletes. With over 20,000 athletes on the platform in under 3 years, we’re scaling quickly and looking to continue our growth through strong creative output.

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Producer to take ownership of our content pipeline and drive performance across both paid and organic channels.

The Role

As Creative Marketing Producer, you’ll be responsible for bringing your creative ideas to life end-to-end. You’ll source creators, brainstorm ad concepts, write scripts and copy, and provide feedback on assetsThis includes sourcing creators, brainstorming new ad concepts, and providing feedback to our creative team on new assets. This role blends coordination, creativity, and production. You’ll work directly with athletes, parents, designers, and the marketing team to produce marketing videos, static ads, ad copy, and social media content that drives measurable growth.

This is an ideal role for someone with 2–4 years of experience who is self-sufficient, highly organized, and hungry to make a direct impact at a fast-paced startup.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate creators: Manage outreach, feedback, and scheduling
  • Develop creative : Brainstorm hooks, write scripts, ad copy, and briefs
  • Produce and edit content : Edit videos and statics, create low-fi assets
  • Manage contractors : Designers, animators, landing page specialists
  • Support growth ops : Track performance, organize creative pipeline, and provide insights
  • Contribute to social : Post and repurpose content on various social media channels, engage with our community

What Success Looks Like

  • Reliable pipeline of fresh videos, statics, and ad concepts
  • Increase output in tested creatives each week/month
  • Improvements in CTR, CPL, and CVR from your produced assets
  • Creators and contractors delivering high-quality content on time and within budget
  • Marketing data and pipeline always up-to-date

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in creative production, marketing coordination, or similar
  • Strong creative instincts and copywriting skills
  • Hands-on skills with video editing and content creating software
  • Organized project manager who thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident in creative taste and comfortable giving feedback to creators
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and delivers without hand-holding
  • Passion for sports or youth development is a plus
