Position Summary :
The Manager of Commercial Development will report to the SVP of Commercial Development. This role combines managing existing client relationships with supporting analytics, pricing strategies, and Sale s F orce CRM updates across the current client portfolio. It will work closely with the Commercial Operations Planning Team to ensure continue d execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management : a ccount management sales leader with experience engaging with and expanding customer relationships.
Business Development: p lay a significant role driving new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
Business Operations : work closely with customers and internal Sojo stakeholders to develop price quotes , budgets, forecasts, margin analysis and proposals for new and existing opportunities .
Market Analysis: participate in industry events, m onitor industry trends, track competi tive offerings , and market dynamics to support business development decision-making.
SalesForce CRM: manage commercial pipeline, update new and existing opportunities, evaluate probabilities of close, develop and maintain planning and forecasting tools, and implement new updates , features and technology.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in B usiness A dministration , Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management role within commercial sales in industrial automation (bonus) , packaging sectors , or the food and beverage industry
T eam player with a c an- d o attitude that embodies the ‘Sojo Mojo.’
Strong understanding of robotics, automation, distribution , and software solutions in manufacturing environments (bonus) .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
