DESCRIPTION
In this position you will be responsible for Sales Operations and Business financial analysis supporting the Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) organization. You will provide operational support for the Federal Partner Organization sales teams, including establishing dashboards, operational metrics, and reports to drive rapid business growth. Your expertise will enable significant business impact through customer financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, data quality, and operations support within the SMGS Sales Operations organization. You will identify and implement process improvements, work with customers on billing, and establish dashboards. . A successful individual will have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, write effectively, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. The candidate must also be able to build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
Key job responsibilities
- Extract raw usage and financial data from business databases and data warehouse
- Perform analytics to produce meaningful reports that enable decision making
- Work with territory planning, segmentation & quota development
- Create methods for automating financial reporting and data analysis to enhance efficiency
- Consult with managers to ensure that financial adjustments are made in accordance with program changes
- Respond to data calls and inquiries from the sales and support teams
- Work with the account teams to ensure timely and accurate tracking of revenue

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.
