What You’ll Do

• Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans based on each child’s strengths and goals
  
• Provide coaching to caregivers to help sustain progress at home
  
• Deliver direct services and provide supervision to Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and graduate interns
  
• Review session data regularly to maintain treatment fidelity and drive outcomes
  
• Partner with families and interdisciplinary team members for collaborative goal setting
  
• Lead team meetings that foster support, development, and clinical excellence
  
• Conduct assessments and maintain clear, timely documentation
  
• Follow all BACB ethical standards and ensure high clinical quality
  

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
  
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
  
• Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  
• Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
