Accounting Assistant

Our company thrives on imagination, innovation, and a passion for quality—and we’re looking for an Accounting Assistant who shares that same drive to join our growing finance team.

About the Role
As an Accounting Assistant , you’ll be a key part of the team keeping our financial operations running smoothly. You’ll manage critical transactions related to payroll, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) — making sure our people are paid, our vendors are supported, and our records are accurate.

What You’ll Do

• Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure accuracy with deductions, garnishments, and direct deposits
• Support employees with payroll-related questions while maintaining strict confidentiality
• Process invoices, dropship billing, and non-merchandise payables (freight, insurance, supplies, etc.)
• Record and apply incoming payments, post revenue adjustments, and handle customer deductions
• Collaborate closely with our Human Resources and Accounting teams
• Jump in on general office duties as needed to support a smooth-running operation

What You Bring
Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of experience in AR, AP, and/or payroll

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related coursework
• Experience using ADP payroll software

Skills for Success

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Sharp eye for detail and a knack for numbers
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Able to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
